3、保持正常體重,以免因超重使腿部靜脈負擔增加。
4、每天運動,散步、快走皆可。
5、睡前溫熱水泡腳,水的深度沒過小腿,到膝蓋下的位置,促進血液循環。
6、睡前將腿抬高一段時間。
