年底的應酬著實讓人頭疼,中國人無酒不成席的習俗,更是讓人們發愁。

如何既能喝酒聯絡感情又能不傷身呢?年前一個聚會挨著一個聚會,特別是很多商務人士更是免不了年底的應酬,實在不想喝的你此時也得硬著頭皮喝上幾杯,如何才能不醉酒呢?讓營養師教你幾招吧!!

  1. 飲酒前先喝一杯牛奶,或吃幾片麵包,勿空腹喝酒,以免刺激胃黏膜。
  2. 喝白酒時要多喝白開水,以利於酒精儘快隨尿排出體外;喝啤酒時,要勤上廁所;喝烈酒時最好多加冰塊。
  3. 喝酒不宜過快過猛應當慢慢喝,讓身體有時間分解體內的乙醇。
  4. 喝酒時多吃豬肝等動物肝臟,以提高機體對乙醇的解毒能力。
  5. 喝酒時多吃綠葉蔬菜,其中的抗氧化劑和維生素可保護肝臟。
  6. 喝酒時多吃豆製品,其中的卵磷脂有保護肝臟的作用。
  7. 疲倦時暫時別喝為宜。
  8. 吃藥後不要喝酒,特別是在服過安眠藥、鎮靜劑、感冒藥後。
  9. 喝酒時不要喝碳酸飲料,如可樂、汽水等以免加快身體吸收酒精的速度。
