如何煮出好吃的白煮蛋

每個人喜歡吃的白煮蛋熟度皆不同,如何掌握,才能煮出皆大歡喜的熟度呢?

先將蛋跟水一起放入鍋中用大火加熱,不斷翻轉鍋中雞蛋至水沸騰,央等到沸騰了以後,再改用中火或小火。

  1. 半熟:水沸騰後再煮約5分鐘左右。
  2. 全熟:水沸後再煮10分鐘左右。

另外,為避免蛋殼破裂,可在煮蛋前先在水中加少許鹽和醋。煮好後的蛋,立刻移到冷水中,如此可使蛋白與蛋殼分開,且使蛋殼容易剝除喔!
